This is great for a bruise. It will make it disappear. Also for people that arms bruise is bad. Just rub some on every day and the bruises will go away.

This is one of those things that is always stocked in my medicine cabinet. Last year I went to get a massage at a new place and they offered for someone to walk on your back and I didn't know any better and I said YES.Biggest Mistake EVER!My back had been sore for 2 days and I didn't think anything of it. I was in the kitchen vacuuming while I was waiting for my pizza to cool and all of a sudden I felt like my back collapsed and I couldn't walk or stand up straight. I somehow made it from the kitchen to my bedroom and only felt relief laying down flat. My husband rushed home from work and took me to the ER.I was in so much pain I couldn't walk or sit up straight. In the ER i was given pain meds and a lidocaine patch and nothing worked. I ordered this Arnica gel and it worked so much better than the patches I was up and walking in 3 days.My best friend's mother had back surgery and I gave her the rest of the bottle and she has been using it and ordered more because of how well it was working for her.It is not greasy at all and applied like a lotion and absorbs into the skin quickly.

Helps with healing bruises. I have to use it all the time, unfortunately. It doesn't work overnight, but must be applied several times a day.

Great product but prefer the cream over the gel. It really works!
